Monthly Support Tiers
Choose the level of support that fits your program. All tiers include a dedicated admin phone number and email for your barn.
Barn Basics - $450/month
Foundational support and consistency. Lesson and program scheduling, payment tracking with light follow-up, client confirmations and reminders, shared tracking systems, and a dedicated admin contact line. Best for programs that want dependable help while staying closely involved in daily decisions.
Program Support - $750/month
Active management and organization. Everything in Barn Basics, plus ongoing schedule management, monthly payment summaries, new client intake and onboarding workflows, forms and waiver organization, and primary admin point of contact for clients. Best for growing programs where the director’s time is better spent teaching and training.
Operations Partner - $1,100/month
End-to-end admin ownership. Everything above, plus full lesson and program admin oversight, booking and billing workflow management, client communication triage with escalation only when needed, and proactive process building as your program scales. Best for established programs that want growth without chaos.
Getting Started Is Simple
Every new client begins with a one-time Startup & Systems Setup for a flat fee of $350. This includes a full review of your current scheduling and billing processes, cleanup or creation of tracking systems, client-facing structure for booking and communication, and a clean handoff so ongoing support runs smoothly from day one.
This fee applies regardless of which monthly tier you choose and is required before ongoing support begins.
Optional Add-On Services
Available to current monthly clients as needed. Billed separately from your monthly tier.
Schooling Show Admin
$150-$600 per event
RingRadar show setup and configuration, class list organization, entry intake and tracking, scratches and adds, rider communication, and post-show reporting. Administrative support only - does not include physical day-of management.
Horse Sales & Lease Admin
$150-$300 per horse
Timeline tracking from trial through completion, contract coordination and signature tracking, lease start and end date management, payment schedule organization, and clean documentation handoff. Administrative coordination only - not legal advice.
Contract & Document Setup
$50-$250 per document
Formatting and cleanup, version control, signature coordination, and secure document storage. Non-legal administrative support only.
