    • Shared tracking systems for schedules and payments

    • Dedicated program admin email and phone number

    Best for programs that want dependable help while remaining closely involved in daily decisions.

  • Active management and organization

    Program Support is designed for growing programs where the director’s time is better spent teaching, training, or managing staff, not managing calendars and inboxes.

    This tier includes everything in Barn Basics, plus:

    • Ongoing schedule management and routine adjustments

    • Monthly payment summaries for the owner or director

    • New client intake and onboarding workflows

    • Organization of forms, waivers, and basic program policies

    • Primary administrative point of contact for clients

    Best for programs that want structure, consistency, and fewer daily interruptions.

  • End-to-end administrative ownership

    Operations Partner provides full administrative oversight so program directors can step away from day-to-day admin decisions with confidence.

    This tier includes everything above, plus:

    • Full lesson and program administrative management

    • Booking and billing workflow coordination

    • Client communication triage, with escalation only when needed

    • Process building as the program scales

    • Proactive problem-solving, not just task completion

    Best for established programs that want growth without chaos, and fewer decisions on their plate.
